Warranty Policy

Chirag Lites warrants that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• LED chip failure
• Driver/Power supply failure under normal operating conditions
• Color temperature shifting beyond standard tolerances
• Physical defects in housing or construction present at time of delivery

Note: Warranty periods may vary by product category. Premium fixtures and industrial lighting may carry extended warranty terms up to 5 years. Please refer to the specific product page or product manual for exact warranty duration.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or wiring
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Power surges or electrical fluctuations
• Exposure to extreme environments (unless product is rated for such use)
• Modifications or repairs attempted by unauthorized persons
• Natural disasters or acts of God

2. Provide your order number, date of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

Chirag Lites shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
